Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Application means the mobile software application provided by Astrolaxmi and downloaded by You on any electronic device.
Company (referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to Astrolaxmi.
Service refers to the Astrolaxmi mobile application and related services.
Goods refer to any products or services offered through the Application, including digital subscriptions.
Orders mean a request made by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us.
You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Astrolaxmi primarily provides digital and subscription-based services.
Once a subscription is activated, it is non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds are not applicable for partially used subscription periods.
Please review subscription details carefully before making a purchase.
For any eligible physical goods (if offered), You may cancel Your Order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date on which You receive the Goods.

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged.
To be eligible for a return:
The Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days
The Goods must be unused and in original packaging
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made Goods
Digital products or subscriptions once activated
Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired
Goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons
Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded.
Goods purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable, unless required by law.
If applicable, you are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.
Returned Goods should be sent to the address communicated by our support team after approval.
We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. Refunds will not be issued without proof of return or receipt of Goods.
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to You, a gift credit may be issued after return approval.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
